Frequently asked questions
We believe in transparent communication and want to ensure all your questions regarding our safety protocols and policies are answered. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions to help you understand our commitment to your child's care.
What are the most important things you do every day to make sure the children are safe and happy at Little Blessings Daycare?
Open Communication: We prioritize clear communication with parents, offering various channels to keep you updated on your child's experiences.
How do you handle situations like a child getting sick or needing special care, and what steps do you take to keep everyone healthy?
We prioritize the health and well-being of every child and staff member. If a child shows symptoms like vomiting or fever, we will promptly contact a parent or guardian for pick-up. To prevent illness spread, children with abnormal temperatures must stay home. We have implemented key measures to ensure safety: - **Hand Hygiene:** All children must wash their hands upon entering, before meals, after playtime, and after using the restroom. This is vital for everyone's health. - **Health Protocols:** Any child with an abnormal temperature will be sent home. - **Emotional Well-Being:** We enforce a strict no-bullying policy to maintain a positive atmosphere. By communicating openly with parents and following these practices, we aim to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
What are your payment policies and procedures?
Payments for our services are due every Friday or every other Friday. If we do not receive payment within two weeks, we will unfortunately have to suspend services until the account is brought up to date. Please note that state subsidies will soon be accepted as a form of payment.
